We have only had GE Microwaves and they always work like little tops. We only purchase a new one when something happens that makes us want to try a new feature. This time we purchased a stainless oven. We are very satisfied with our newest GE microwave.

Unit has a vibration noise. If you hold the side of the unit it quiets the noise. Will have to figure a way to silence.
Reheat does not work as good as previous GE unit overheats the food.

Bought this microwave fora new house I built. Have been using for a couple months and just love it Cooks great Quicker than any other microwave I have ever used. Looks nice. Easy to use. Fits nicely in the cupboard in the island.

I bought this microwave a few months ago and have no complaints it fits with my kitchen beautifully in the open cabinet area that was made for it. It is easy to operate and the stainless steal exterior and gray interior look very modern with my dcor.

Replaced the older GE 3 yrs. old with this one. Product works ok but the door open button is hard. The trim kit has a product sticker that is clearly visible which should have been hidden - a definite eye-sore

I bought this product to replace a four year old microwave of the previous model that quit working. I found that the previous trim kit does not fit the new microwave after all its just an updated model. Now I have to try to buy a new trim kit.

I like the large size and quick cooking but I do wish the button panel was backlit and I wish you didnt have to push the button so hard. Would prefer a lighter touch panel but if that would cause more repairs then I would not want that. Overall Im pretty happy with this microwave I just wish the panel was backlit. And wish the stainless steel was not always where you have to touch because there are always fingerprints on it.

We have had this for about a month and so far it has been an excellent product. it is much superior to the other brand we only had for one year before it quit. We are hoping this GE will last much longer. It seems to be of much better quality although we paid almost the same amount for the other one.

I love being able to press 1 - 6 for instant on cooking 1 to 6 minutes and the 30 second button. Its surprising how often I use the 30 second button to do a quick reheat of coffee or add 30 seconds to bacon that doesnt look quite done. The popcorn button is our sons favorite button of course and it works perfectly as does the reheat feature. Plus the microwave seems perfectly matched with the cooking instructions found on frozen TV dinners. We are very pleased
